I’ve mentioned before that I’m really lazy when it comes to moisturising my body. I find it laborious, boring and messy. That is until I purchased the Body Shop Coconut Milk Body Lotion. I mentioned this in my June favourites and I think it’s about time to tell you exactly why.
The first reason is because it’s coconut. I love coconut but it is really one of those love or hate things (Moo hates it). This is a nice coconut though because even though it’s quite heavily scented, it’s quite creamy.
The next reason is that it has a nozzle and thus it’s a very fluid lotion. The reason I hate moisturising my body is because not only do you usually have to scoop out or squeeze a thick, sticky substance and then have to spread it all over yourself but you also have to spend a lot of time rubbing it in and you’re probably going to end up ridiculously sticky. This is nothing like that. The light, liquid based lotion can easily sprayed all over the body and then it is absorbed into the skin very quickly leaving soft, smooth skin that doesn’t have a trace of stickiness.

Even though the lotion is very light, I have been able to notice a significant difference in the condition and appearance of my skin. I’ve been using it for roughly four weeks now and my skin hasn’t been this good in over a decade.
I must warn you though, it is addictive. Moo calls it my “coconut crack” because quite often I will just spray it and apply while watching TV. I generally just apply morning and night but it can be up to four times a day – I just love it.
This bottle will last me about 3 months and for £8, I am in no way arguing with that price.
You can purchase the Body Shop Coconut Milk Body Lotion from The Body Shop website now.

I use this often
It’s one of my favourite Body Shop products ever.

Fantastic – thanks for sharing. Might have to get that as I love the smell of coconut too and it sounds like a quick option in the morning. I currently use the Body Shop hemp moisturier, but I don’t think it comes in a spray on bottle! Thanks Sandra
