Not long to go now and the panic buying has started! Some people are just really difficult to buy for and for me it’s usually the men in my life. I will be showing you some lovely grooming kits that are always a great go-to gift for men.
Male Grooming Gift Sets
I don’t know about you but my dad, brother and boyfriend have all stolen one of my moisturisers or “fancy soaps” at some point too proud to buy their own but still wanting to look and feel good. Christmas is a great time to give them what they secretly want without them stealing your precious products.
Most beauty brands do a male gift set and they range in price so there’s something for everyone.
Clinque have a Happy for Him gift set that’s quite basic but a great stepping-stone. It comes with cologne, after shave balm and aloe shave balm. It’s quite a manly set so won’t scare off the less open minded. The set costs £57 and you can buy it from most department stores.
Clarins Men Collection is a great introduction set for the more adventurous man. The set boasts: super moisture balm, active face wash, smooth shave, after-shave energizer and fatigue fighter. It comes in a nice travel bag and all for £34.
Liz Earle has released a men’s Try Me kit. It has the usual cleanse and polish in a manlier beige packaging, sensitive shave cream, after-shaving moisturiser, face and body wash and a pure muslin cloth. These are all travel-sized products but from my experience with the Liz Earle travel sizes they should still last for at least a month and allow him to experience it without committing too much time. It’s only £16 so you can’t really go wrong.
There are plenty more out there from L’Occitane to Cowshed to Marc Jacobs. What I would do is stick with a brand you’re familiar with and trust – you can’t really go wrong.
